( PLEASE NOTE- These run small- size up) Wind-and waterproof bike bootie with brushed inside that protects your feet in very cold and wet conditions. 3mm neoprene with pu-coating on top and brushed backside for best protection and warmth. All seams are covered with waterproof tape on the inside. Velcro adjuster at top. Reflective prints for extra safety. * These booties run small. We suggest that you size up.

Upper: 70% Polyurethane, 20% Polyester, 10% Elastane
Mid: 100% Neoprene
Back: 100% Polyester
